When rock hit the wilderness years in the late 1990s it was time for a bit of diversification. The Casbah – which took over the former subterranean Wapentake Bar space – truly took the scene to the next level. It fact it rocked that much it even expanded into the upstairs.
The Casbah retained the building’s rock’n’roll roots but became a magnet for goths, indie fans and much, much more. Regular live music, heaving Friday and Saturday nights and hundreds of rockers that had virtually sleepwalked into middle age re-discovered their mojo at the Casbah.
This top-quality Casbah cushion is handmade in the UK using 100% spun poly linen. They are permanently imaged using state of the art dye infusion technology.
The Casbah image appears on both sides of the cushion. They are filled with plump inners made from 100% hygienic faux fiber to give a luxurious feel. They conform to BS 5852 UK fire safety regulations.
All zips are sewn using an invisible style to provide a clean look and easy care provision. Cushion covers can be fully machined washed without fear of image fade.
