Refund policy

Returns/exchanges:

Dirty Stop Outs Ltd have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or unread, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note customers pay their own P&P to return or exchange an item.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your purchase appears defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase! We will replace/exchange at no cost to you and we will obviously cover P&P.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We except returns on just about everything! The only thing we can't except is custom products - in our case this is normally something an author has personalised like signing a book to a specific customer name. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. Providing the item doesn't arrive in tatters you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
