Our Wapentake reunion was one of the first clubnights to take place following the easing of restrictions in the summer of 2021.
And it proved so popular we returning in summer 2022!
Legendary Wapentake DJ Ken Hall returns to the decks on Saturday, July 9th, to play an evening of true rock classics.
If you frequented the iconic Sheffield rock bar you'll know the songs and you'll know the people - or maybe you're just keen to find out what the fuss was all about!
The venue was the subject of our recent ‘Dirty Stop Out's Guide to Sheffield - Wapentake Edition' book which chronicles the life of the subterranean bar that ran for nearly a quarter of a century underneath the Grosvenor House Hotel in the city centre.
The bar - fronted by legendary landlady Olga Marshall - was first frequented by rockers in the early 1970s and hosted one of the earliest shows by Def Leppard. The band returned in 1995 at the height of their fame to play once more - just months before the bar shut for the last time.
Tickets are just £8 each (plus P&P). Please note all tickets for the original date which was rescheduled because of the rise of the Omicron variant are still valid.
